Lee Wardlaw is the author of more than two-dozen award-winning books for children and young adults. She has a B.A. in Education and taught in the public schools for five years before choosing to write full-time. She recently received her Montessori Primary Diploma from the AMI-Montessori Institute of San Diego; she'll receive her M.Ed. from Loyola University in 2012.
