- "WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE" has been released and can be found on Amazon or at http://nancy.limitededitionspress.com A book of poetry with photos to compliment each poem. The publisher did a wonderful job. It is an introduction and a view at life - much of what I write - bits of memoir set in poetry and prose. Also, imagination and what you see, becomes a picture for another poem. Second book already in the works. This will be called "DID YOU EVER WANT TO FLY?" I can't wait to share here on SheWrites, with so many friends and talented writers! There is a third in the works, and found out plans are made for a collection from those I choose from three soft covered books, to be part of new poems and favorites in a Hardcover Collected Works! I am Thrilled. (Permission given by publisher to tell!)
Previous work appeared in newspapers, magazines and journals. MUSE, Touchstone Poetry Society of NH, Network magazine for International Womens Writers Guild, DisabledUSA, Potpourri a magazine of Literary Arts, Mediphors A Literary Journal of the Health Professions, Hull University England, Lucidity A Journal of Verse, Midwest Poetry Review. Named Women Writer at Notre Dame College in NH and invited to teach at the NH Poetry Society while living in NH. Have been active in many areas concerning healthcare in the US and guest speaker up and down the east coast, all the way to the White House! I am proud to say I am an advocate for people all over this country, and have been for many years. Also, the first campaign manager for Hillary R. Clinton in my area, during her first run for Senate. I believe I could continue, but you have a great look at my past and where my heart is.

- See end of statement concerning editing poetry. I have taught Author Presentation and branched into the business community. A special guest at several schools, public speaker up and down the eastern seaboard on Health Care, and devoted much of my time as an advocate for those living with disabilities. My goal is to have more writers reading their work, sharing their voice, and have more avenues for this to happen. I also work one on one with clients who are looking for advise and hands on training when presenting their work to the public, or media. I am an editor for poetry - Poetry Is Life Series and will edit for others yet poetry is so personal it would have to be one on one.

- International Women's Writers Guild - 25 years. Local - upstate NY Poetry Groups. Saratoga Springs and Albany NY and Hudson Valley Region, and for 25 years a member of International Womens Writers Group.

- Many in my past, I had the opportunity through my own doing, to conduct one on one interviews with Presidential candidates for this big country of ours! Talk about being thrilled, and a self promoter. I have said, if I can meet and talk for over an hour with Presidents, then I should be able to meet Bob Dylan, my dream come true. But today, at the present I am working with a publisher on a series of books. I have a wonderful relationship, he understands me, and where my voice comes from. He found my work and me while fighting for better health care on Twitter. And I am always mentioning DH Melham PhD, my Mentor, and a highly recognized writer and poet. A Red Light Warms My Soul
Rubber hits ice, air escapes
like a bursting balloon
pulling me sideway then
down, as if a giant hole
in the pavement sucked
me into darkness.
Horns muffled and water
rushed inside, touching
my feet, rushing up
to my knees, as cold as
autumn air. I
taste sharp cracks
in ice as if a razor blade
cut my skin.
I can hear the six o'clock plane
