Say I Love You and mean it.

Dogs are awesome. Invite one into your heart.

Make time for you.

Travel outside your country of origin at least once.

Celebrate small victories.

Take baby steps.

Find time to be silent every day.

Make time to move every day.

Connect with your girlfriends, you never know when you might need them.

Can't Die Mom

One day I got bad news

Invasive breast cancer

the only thought running through my mind

"I can die from this."



I got drunk at lunch

sobered up at work

called my parents - went home



Spent the evening with my daughters

They were scared - I could tell

The three of us, curled up on my bed
