As a vegan I hear a lot of the same questions over and over. Employees often encounter unfair treatment in the workplace that can be upsetting and even unbearable, but isn't illegal. And I just checked out Ms. JD - which I didn't know about. (I used to practice with Latham & Watkins, but have been inactive CA Bar member since I started writing years ago.) So interesting how much more connection there is among women lawyers these days. I don't miss practicing law (although I loved it when I was doing it), but I do miss the smart, spunky women I worked with.
