Profile Information

Who I am:
I am am aspiring writer, working on a book about my experience with surviving 2 lumbar fusion surgeries with major complications and learning to be my own advocate and the people I met along the journey. I am a daughter, a sister, a pet owner (Cats). I make jewelry. A reluctant and frustrated knitter. I am also a friend to people of all ages.

I nearly died 2 years ago on the operating table and realized that God had given me a "second" chance at life and I had to find a way to do things differently. For me, that meant finding true spirituality, joy, happiness, fun in everything I do daily. Life is too short to be unhappy or wasted doing things that make me unhappy.

The Importance of a Great Author Headshot

So . . . you wrote a book from the comfort of your fuzzy bunny slippers and your beautiful, well-lit room with a view. Now that it’s time to put your hard-earned words out into the world, it’s time to think of things like platform building and…See More
