SW Birthday Bash in Nashville

We had a fabulous turnout--at the height of the evening--45 attendees!! Many writers in Nashville got to hear about She Writes and the wonderful advantages of being a member of this on-line community. We made the evening into a mix of writers reading from their work and mingling with one another. Midway we read the She Writes Credo, lit a candle on a piece of cake (Death by Chocolate-yum!) and sang happy birthday to She Writes and blew it out.… Continue

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the event at Davis Kidd. We were proud to be a part of it. We also enjoyed your reading. Seems that we share some of your characters "hates," so we were drawn into the story. Would it be possible to have a list of those attending? There were people there I didn't get to meet who didn't stay long enough to mingle. I don't know their names. In particular, I wanted to talk to the lady who was the cancer survivor, but I didn't hear her name. Thanks so much!
