I have published there as well, and in fact, one of my stories is about a FB experience as well. (I found out my old HS boyfriend had died.) I liked your essay. I think it shows that people do move on and don't hold grudges. Aside from the "douche bag" commenter, your boyfriend and mean girls sound as though they grew up and realized that they missed out by not including you.
