Please excuse my late greeting, my husband has cancer and we were out of town for his chemo and then I was recovering from the hotel bed! lol
Anyway, I see by your profile that you have a wonderful body of work already underway and your blog is in impressive! You also have a lovely picture.
We have a wonderful group of women here from all genres and various levels of writing who are a real support, encouragement and inspiration to writing and I hope that you can find a writing home among them!
I would first like to ask you to please go into the pages section on the left hand side of the group page and list the links to both your Facebook and Twitter pages so that the group can link up with you. We are undertaking getting everyone connected as much as possible among one another in these places as well as on here. I already looked you up on Twitter myself and followed you. Also as time allows please "friend" everyone in the group so you will be connected to everyone in the group as well. This is all imperative for the major promoting we are beginning to undertake so everyone in the groups blogs and books will have the greatest net exposure possible. Its really quite exciting! AND of course while you are in the pages section make sure to list that great blog of yours as well as any books you have out so everyone in the group will find them.
We also have many discussions and feel free to introduce yourself in the To Kick Things Off discussion as well as add to and participate in anything that interests you and helps your writing.
There are settings within everything in the group that you can check in order to recieve the ongoing activity within them, however we are a very active group at times and you may recieve lots of emails as a result of that. However,I WOULD please ask that you DO check to recieve our member emails so that when something important is happening at least you will be kept abreast of that news, you wont get many that way.
I am so glad you are here and WELCOME to our group

Meg Waite Clayton said… We're delighted to have you in the novelist group, Shawna! You might introduce yourself by telling us what you’re working on in the “Show Me Your Novel and I’ll Show You Mine” discussion if you're not too uncomfortable talking about what you're working on. We save the wall for discussion, so please refrain from linking to blog posts there, but do add them in the “Links to Helpful Blog Posts for Writers” discussion thread.
And we do a live chat every Wednesday at 1EST; instructions on how to participate are in the "Our Water Cooler Wednesdays" box near the top of the group page.
