"Yes, the threading here for comments is not so great. You wrote: "Judging by your photo, you look like you haven't been eating well. Are you a wippet?" back on September 12. :-) And yes, he was hilarious. --simone"

Simone Cooper commented on the blog post 'Sex scenes--hold back, or let it all out?'
"My co-author and I decided that to be honest in our thriller novel, our sex descriptions would be as explicit as our violence descriptions, and so we were able to make our decisions about how graphic to be within a consistent framework. We read a…"

Thanks for the note, Ms. Cooper. Your sister could almost be considered a neighbor. Sapphire isn't a town. I'd like to say it's a state of mind, but more commonly it's a state of being mindless. Actually, it's just a whole bunch of trees and mountains and nobody really knows where it starts or ends. Waynesville isn't too far away, but around here, close is not a concept. Where I live, I'd have to drive thirty-some miles of twisty mountain roads to get a Big Mac.

Which makes a person crave one more than he might have if they were everywhere.

Just opened the door to the novelist group for you - welcome! You might introduce yourself by telling us what you’re working on in the “Show Me Your Novel and I’ll Show You Mine” discussion if you're not too uncomfortable talking about what you're working on. I’ll look forward to chatting with you!
