Also, I study and teach Kum Nye-Tibetan Yoga, Certified by the Nyingma Institute of Brazil. Nyingma is the “Old School” of Tibet Buddhism. Kum Nye yoga originates from the ancient Buddhist Vinaya and Tibetan medical texts . The word Kum means to expand, Nye means to stimulate the flux of energy in the body. The aim of this practice is--- to bring the body and mind into equilibrium. Kum Nye is an ancient structured yoga practice based on personal experience, combining postures with meditation and self-massage.
I received my Bachelors of Arts, in Studio Art, from Whitman College, Walla Walla, Washington, USA, in 1994. I am a visual artist and writer. I was a business writer for 10 years. Today, I write freelance, poetry, and historical fiction with art threads.
