- Who I am:
- I'm a marketing communications and social media specialist, and have been and professional writer/editor for more than 20 years. In addition, I teach writing, blogging and social networking to groups and individuals. My successful Kickstarter Campaign in 2012 funded the printing of my new picture book and coloring book, the Animal Store Alphabet Book, as well as several related products. Current WIPs include a memoir about raising 24-weeker twins, a middle-grade novel, several more picture books and a mystery. I am also the publisher of Orrington Press, specializing in facilitated self-publishing. And did I mention that I'm a reluctant pet-store (co) owner?

Hahaha! I'm pretty sure that I missed the last train to Normal a few years ago, but not for lack of trying. But hey. I guess that means I'm a better writer than I might have been. In fact, there may be a blog post in there somewhere about how the train left me at the station...with all of my baggage.
