Profile Information

Who I am:
I live in British Columbia, Canada. Although writing is my 4th career, it manifested itself throughout my other careers. I started out being a part of the corporate world as a marketing manager. I then switched gears and became owner and operator of hunting and fishing resort in the north. Next I became a residential and commercial real estate agent as well as co-owner and managing broker of a franchise firm. The common thread throughout the years has been writing.
I currently write for our local paper on a variety of topics and I am a contributing writer for a national magazine primarily on the real estate topic. I also write on-line articles for Suite 101 and Constant Content. I'm editing a children's book and researching material for a new book.

I'm also involved in other editing projects. Time permitting, I enjoy writing fiction, especially flash fiction.

I wrote and edited a real estate book entitled The Real Estate Process: Pros Discuss Buying & Selling Your Home to empower the consumer when buying or selling. My blog http://askvibrown.com answers to frequently asked real estate questions.

I have traveled extensively and have particularly enjoyed Kenya and Tanzania where I saw the magnificent wild life.

I am a graduate of York University in Toronto, Canada and continue to be a perpetual student.
