I'm an educator, parenting speaker, author and happily married (for 44 years) mom of three who are grown with families of their own. I love hiking and fly-fishing the Colorado Rockies with my husband when I'm not reading, crafting and cooking with kids. I love life and people and I'm passionate about using picture books and positive parental participation to build self-esteem and strengthen the parent-child connection.
