As my daughters were growing up I wrote short essays for a parent-oriented magazine on the joys and travails of a professional woman raising twins. The essays were published together in Portugal, in one volume called 'Danças com Gémeos' (Dancing with Twins).

I am currently editing part of a series on 19th cent. Women Travel Writers published by Pickering &Chatto (London) (http://www.pickeringchatto.com/index.php//major_works/women_s_trave...)

My story of lost love, "Twice the River Flows," was published in Lost Magazine @ http://www.lostmag.com/issue40/river.php (March 2011)

I wrote for magazines in Portugal before moving to the States in 2003.
