Hi Forum,I've just finished my first book, Success by Design: Revealing Profiles of CAArchitects, and I'm now tackling marketing and distribution.I have a few indy stores who are interested, but what can I expect in the way ofwholesale pricing, return policy, etc? And should I even bother with the bigchains since I have no distributor?
