Of Saints, Cakes, and Redemption

What Weight Love?

A valentine to my kitchen scale: a short piece of mine was published on the Leite's Culinaria website as part of a Valentine's Day feature called "Ode to a Microplane . . . and 18 other declarations of kitchen love."
