I'm reading one short story a day for a year. Last week I read classics. This week I chose (mostly) literary offerings by contemporary writers. I don't think I'm going to run out of short stories to read! It's a great way to study the form.Literary Short Stories

What a great idea---the short story form is a wonderful teacher of writing. If you are looking for more stories, you could read the Best American Short Stories series and Narrative Magazine has a story of the week, too. Hope you reach your goal!
