Some day She Writes will organize a conference, but until then, we are thrilled to be a part of the next best thing -- BlogHer's first-ever conference for writers, in New York City on October 21st. BlogHer's annual conferences are incredibly professional, impeccably run, and always well-worth attending, and we know BlogHer Writers '11 will be the same.

Hi Laura! I can't help but point you to some of the She Writes webinars -- like Literary Agents 101 -- and also to our consultants who can do "Virtual Lunches" with you, which are a little bit like the small group sessions at BlogHer writers, except it's one-on-one.

How about sharing a room. I don't mind sharing with strangers. I am a non-smoker and use a CPAP at night so no snoring on this end.
