Author Dorothy Dunnett Inspires--Complex Characters, Juicy Plot-Epic Historical Fiction from a Master of the Craft

Have not written a blog post for The History Lady (that's me) in a month, so here it is...for those who love complex characters, juicy plots, rich vocabulary and want to take a trip through Scottish history, here's a review of the first volume of the Lymond Chronicles. I believe this is the kind of epic read like Game of Thrones (although that is fantasy fiction).  Dunnett inspires me!
