Courage to Change
I love the courage of 'Angel Writer' abandoning her real estate brokerage to write full time for the past 48 months and losing nearly everything material before finding a living in her writing. Especially empathetic and congratulatory having the same feelings myself: wishing I could shed my loan brokerage business to write full time.
Discomfort precedes either change or misery and sooner or later it erupts in "The Truth" as Emmett Fox calls it or something unpleasant that is but a symptom of our character defects.
On my way to complete becoming a Published Author, I may be uncomfortable and I may cause others to become uncomfortable. So to quote another author who has become a friend, Maralys Wills, "Damn the Rejections Full Speed Ahead!"
