Now that my third book is poised and ready to publish I have to admit to a serious knowledge gap. How do I get folks to write a review on Amazon?

My first book has 25 reviews, but "they" tell me 50+ is the magic number. I have people tell me they enjoyed reading the book, but they're not writing reviews. Some of them claim to be deficient in writing skills and embarrassed to put their thoughts "out there." Come on people, a book review isn't a book report. Just say "it made me laugh" and give it a number. How hard is that?

Now that I've expressed this particular frustration, I have to tie up loose ends by asking those kind souls who are reviewing my work - not to include a spoiler - with or without the alert.
