Lots of things drive me to stay healthy. One is seeing what happens when loved ones aren't. My mother-in-law, who smoked for 60-plus years, is on a respirator now. My husband has chronic pain and other health challenges -- so I need to stay healthy for him. I know that organic food, a low-fat diet and exercise are what work for me, and I think my quality of life has improved since I started that regimen. I can even think better, and presumably, write better.
