Today's post features a moving and inspirational talk by professional photo retoucher Rebecca Manson of the U.S.-based nonprofit All Hands. Manson joined All Hands volunteers in a months-long effort to clean, repair, and restore more than 130,000 damaged photos of Japanese families who suffered through the 2011 earthquake and tsunami.

I Prefer 'Pushing up Daisies'
