Thanks Donna.  It is a connection with a higher or greater aspect of  myself so that when someone calls me Korani I feel myself become more aligned with the soul-me rather than ego-me...It carries the meaning and the energy of 'cosmic light', so that by speaking it or hearing it or writing it I feel more of that light emanating both to me and from me.  A blessing in so many ways :-)

Hi Donna, I pronounce it Ko-RAHN-ee. It is my spiritual name, given to me about 3-4 years ago and I just love it, it expands me when I use it so I rarely use my given name any more :-)

I enjoyed my hiatus for about the first week and a half and then It just started to feel like I was slacking off, so it's nice to be caught up with my emails again and back to writing.
