well thanks Daphne! we all have the same 24 hours i guess. hard for me to sit still long enough to get any quality writing done :(  i'm also a personal trainer and like to move, move, move! so it's funny -- while most people need the motivation and discipline to get physical, i need those to sit still!  ;-)
