Thanks Jill.  I work for a neuroscientist who delves into the brains of the "disturbed mind" and it has been quite interesting.  But public awareness is everything.  Anything we can do as writers to educate is a good thing.

Thanks Jill. Not sure what I'm doing on this BIG AMERICAN site, but, hey. Interestingly, the ebook I'm about to upload, Jigsaw Pieces, is a rewrite of my Carnegie novel Jigsaw. The theme is child abuse and exploitation. I wrote it in 1999, as a direct result of stuff I'd seen happening to a pupil while teaching. Sadly, nothing has changed!! Despite tighter laws. Shall I give you a headsup when it is on Amazon - I'd reaally like it to get into the right hands - kids who'd find it helpful etc. x
