Thank you so much! Everyone has been so nice. It's pretty cool to be apart of a community. Takes a bit of the burden off.

Hello Jill, it is so good to meet you.  I find your book interesting as it is a subject close to my heart. I have had such an experience and it has ruled my entire relationship with my mother and relatives. My mother lives in denial and she tells my family I am a liar in all that I do so how could I be telling the truth in anything that I do. I am the Black Sheep in my family.

Thank you for taking on this work, and I would be interested in reading your manuscript. I am an avid reader.

Thanks Jill - and congratulations on what you have written! I was abused as a youngster and awareness is still not what it might be - question about this site though, I have started writing something and would appreciate an opinion - how can I go about getting this?

Jill, I'm sorry I missed your welcome. Thank you.I just looked at your interview and am so thrilled that you've written this. I have counseled countless adults who were abused as children and are now trying to learn how to trust and value themselves. I wish they'd had someone helping them when they were young.

You go, girl! I  can't think of anything more important these days than nailing the creeps who prey on the innocent.

Hi Jill. Thanks for the welcome. I haven't been very active so far due to writing commitments and other things that get in the way. Looking forward to joining in.

The role of the unconscious in writing a novel

I finished my novel, Halcyon Days, last month. I am lucky to have some beta readers who have been great help in getting me to zero on what the novel is REALLY about, and let me tell you, I have been rather shocked by what my unconscious mind has…See More
