Christi, wanted to give you an update on my biography of Stella Adler. It's in the hands of LA's preeminent literary agents who I was referred to through a friend, but now I'm playing the waiting game. In the mean time, I launched a blog dedicated to the book. Will you follow it at http://alifeinartstellaadler.wordpress.com/? Thanks for the support!
Hi, Christi,
Yeah, that having to "friend" everyone is both good and bad. What's your question? If you go visit wrwa.net you can see the newest edition of InkPlots, the e-zine, and the submission guidelines for the print edition. I'm told that membership is not necessary to be included in the e-zine.
Christi, I'm pretty new to Twitter, but I enjoyed the Redbook interview you posted a link to--with Allison Winn Scotch. I loved when she said: "I couldn’t have written Time of My Life, the break-out book of my career, without understanding that resonating bass note of unconditional love that we have for our children..."
That non-MFA thing had me bummed out for a while, but then someone pointed out that unless I wanted to teach, I could spent that money attending conferences and meeting agents. I took that advice. It was a much better way to spend my time and my money!

"Beautiful essay, Sarah! My own contact with some of the best books ever written took place mostly before I was 24 years old. Maybe I'll give some of those classics another try."
"Posted my latest news about my book promotion. www.widowsphere.blogspot.com
Note, if anyone would like to review my memoir or interview me, I'd be thrilled."
"Great advice, Betsy. Thank you so much for sharing. I'll definitely be revisiting these tips as I creep closer to the pub date of my novel (next spring).
Congrats on your book. I look forward to reading it!
Warmly,
Julia"

Hi Christi - Just happened to be online and saw your post about your Writer's Roundtable group pop up. That's so great! :-)
