I was on your web-site and it all sounds great - only I'm more a writer than a computer innovation specialist. Still, thanks for your great advice. And yes, I do my best but should you get the idea of reaching me, I'd love to see you as my friend on FB.
I'm sorry it took me months to see your friend request. I haven't had a chance to attend a chat in a while, but it was great "meeting" you at my first one in March. I'm a freelance writer who's just starting down the fiction path. I hope to chat with you again one of these days!
Also, friend our Volunteer HQ page, http://www.shewrites.com/profile/VolunteerHQ, so you can get all the latest info on the anniversary planning. Thanks for being such an active She Writer! :) Are you in the She Writes in California group? If so, you can put the word out there to find out who else is in your area who you can invite. Also, if you know other writers who haven't yet joined, please encourage them to do so and then invite them to join you your meetup. All you need is two to make a meetup--but the more the merrier!
Thanks for adding me as a friend! Yes, the chats here work on the creative juices, for sure. My first taste of this was last week-- on a whim, I joined a chat of Multicultural writers (basically writers from all over the world).
Hi Asata: I don't spend much time in She Writes, even though it seems like a helpful blog. Yesterday's chat was my first as well. I'm a writer and professional editor, currently with Pearson Education, so let me know if you ever need a ms. consultation. Hope to hear/see you in another chat soon.
Hi Asata, It was great meeting you in the chat yesterday :) that was my first chat too! I miss a lot of them due to work - can you believe they won't let us go to places like that on the internet at work?? hehe.
"V.B., Belated welcome to the novelist group. If you haven’t done so already, you might introduce yourself by telling us what you’re working on in the “Show Me Your Novel and I’ll Show You Mine” discussion.
