About two hours but you don't have to stay the entire time, the important thing is to show up. We'd love to see you!

Hi, Kate! Thanks for adding me as a friend! :D I miss Europe too. We used to live in Holland and I remember taking the train to spend the afternoon in Belgium. Good luck with your book that's on submission! (Do you have a blog? I didn't notice one in your profile) :D

>When I read The Wednesday Sisters (in one great gulp), I felt such a longing to have that sort of community in my own life. It's a wonderful book.

:-) Thank you! The writing part is based on my own Nashville writing group, which I now connect with from afar - an amazing group of four writers who started unpublished and now count 8 books published or being written under contract, plus articles, stories, poems... Really amazing how far a little support goes.

>I have an agent for my first (technically my second) novel and am working on a new one. Novelists–Struggling or Not sounds perfect for me.

Congrats! And fingers crossed for you!

I just opened the door to the novelist group for you - welcome! You might introduce yourself by telling us what you’re working on in the “Show Me Your Novel and I’ll Show You Mine” discussion if you're not too uncomfortable talking about what you're working on. I’ll look forward to chatting with you!

"I draw in the margins, or on my 3 X 5 cards. If I'm going to focus on drawing, I prefer watercolor, colored pencils, or markers, depending on the design. And I like the softer colored pencils better than the hard. "

EPIC ENCOUNTER.

With a bag of vegetables in one hand, an umbrella in the other, lashing rains on my brain, not only did I think my life couldn't get more chaotic but  I wondered as to why I am moving around with my cell phone stuck between my chin and neck instead…See More
