Julia, I very much enjoyed your blog post, it was interesting and thought provoking. I agree with your comment here, that it could lead to an even deeper ideas and thoughts about technology etc... My blogging friends and I have been having similar discussions. Your post also reminded me of the main character in the book "The Thirteenth Tale" by Diane Setterfield. Have you read it? It's a Wonderful story. The woman in the story likes to do the same as you. She and her father own a book shop and sell mainly obscure books. She likes to do biographies of lesser or unknown writes. Anyhow.... felt compelled to comment.

Hi Lynne,

it's lovely to connect. Thanks for reading and commenting on my post. That was a hard one to write somehow, and I feel like I'm at the beginning of some sort of deeper reflection on technology, the library, and the archive. Keep in touch,

Julija.

Thank you for the friend request Lynne.

I'm a big library user and got my copy from the library (can't possibly buy every book I want to read). Just like the Internet brought a revolution to music industry gatekeepers, I absolutely believe it is and should be happening in publishing. I know that is heresy in a lot of circles. Let me know what you think, if you get a chance, after you read it.

I loved your comment on Deborah's post -- "full-blown, adult onset, writing OCD" sounds kind of heavenly. Grateful to have you sharing it here.

Warm best,
Kamy

Check out pimpmynovel.blogspot.com. Provides internet public relations. Don't know a lot about it. But sounds promising.
