Hi Mary, I'd suggest getting on to Blogger.com and following the directions to set up your blog. It's much easier for a beginner than Wordpress. Do lots of commenting on other blogs and ask others if you can reciprocate by swapping blog links.

And post some blogs on the writing process for you etc etc.
