Allison, this maybe needs to be updated?  Aug. 2009?    It seems many of us can't find "Appearances" in Setting anymore and also clicking on the edit icon doesn't give us a text box to work with.  I found a single textbox waiting for me near the bottom, which I made work a bit, but....stilll.  Newbie enthusiasm waning. Whazzup?   Time for new video?

Thanks for this helpful video.  One suggestion I have, for people who have new Facebook pages such as myself, is to ask for "likes" to your Facebook page and to put that information, right on top of your page, by using the "text" box.

Hi Alison,

When I go to customize my page through  Appearance. I find there's no link connected to the word Appearance. I can only Reset. Can you let me know how I can change the template.
