If I managed to understand correctly, the first US state (Iowa) ha voted on Presidential candidates.

Apparently it's believed that the Iowa Caucus winner is an indication of who will be the next US president.

Last time I heard 95of the votes in Iowa had been counted.

Hilary Rodham Clinton has declared herself as the Democrats first presidential candidate in the 2016 election.

While the Republicans results seems to indicate that Ted Cruz defeated both Donald Trump and Marco Rubio.

One major difference between the US elections and the ones I'm used to is that we have closed votes. It's a law and right to not declare who you voted for.
