Stop Procrastinating, the productivity website, has surveyed 2000 NaNoWriMo writers ahead of this year’s November writing challenge to find out what kept them going until the very end.
There’s no doubt that NaNoWriMo inspires us to write, but writing 1667 wrods every day for 31 days can test the motivation of the best of us, especially when also juggling jobs and caring commitments.
The survey from Stop Procrastinating, however, provides insights and practical advice from the writers who made it and completed 50,000.
From keeping it fun, to learning how to fit in writing when they can, such as in the back of a taxi or during a lunch break, the advice it sure to help many more thousands reach the end of November successful.
