The area is very quiet today ... last night, too. Hung out with my big sis at a couple of local Negril spots after one of our ridiculously long walks in the Carib sun. Good, solid work out (11 miles), so taking it easy today on the ole bones ...

Veggie Chunks for Dinner
Getting a little work done, though getting ready to stop and put on my dinner for simmering ... veggie chucks, pumpkin, and yams. Yum!
