I'm so happy to report that "The Coconut Latitudes" has just been named the Winner in the Memoirs (Overcoming Adversity/Tragedy/Challenges) category of the 2015 Next Generation Indie Book Awards. This not-for-profit awards program recognizes and honors the most exceptional independently published books in 70 categories. 
This award follows on the heels of its other big win in April, when it was awarded Gold Medal in IBPA's 2015 Benjamin Franklin Awards. Happy to be a She Writes author!
