Here's my latest blog post on what Coloring and Sexual Trauma might share in common. Plus, this is the first time I'm posting here, and I'm really not sure what's gonna happen when I click Publish! Keeping fingers crossed.

Thanks, Cate! I so appreciate your kind words about my post and Women of Wonder. And I love that you're rediscovering coloring as a means to feed your creativity, which all of us with PTSD need to do, some times more than others. I'm new to coloring as a means to increase self-awareness and just for the sheer comfort it provides. But I'm hooked. So I will also check out the Book Depository website for resources. Also, I highly recommend you check out The Coloring Well. If you sign up for their newsletter, you will receive a free coloring page. The designs are intricate and yet so accessible. And they do a lot of good stuff in the world. May you be safe, healthy, happy, and live at ease, Cate.
