STRESS AND ALZHEIMER'S

                Boomers and seniors, in a recent article in AARP Bulletin, it stated, “Women who reported stress in middle life—stemming from issues as family illness and divorce – have a 21 percent higher risk for Alzheimer’s disease later in life.”  It goes on to state, “Researchers speculated that stress may damage the brain’s memory centers and increase inflammation that is linked to dementia.”
