What's the best way to reach out to moms who read?

I am wondering if any of you write fiction targeted primarily at moms and/or know about how to get the word out about such writing.  I published Au Pair Report, a novel about the politics of child care in Washington, DC independently and do not have access to the marketing resources of traditional publishers.  The "indie author" world seems dominated by genre fiction, and each genre has a number of websites supporting authors.  I haven't found the same support network for indie authors of upmarket women's fiction (not romance), which is probably the best way to categorize my book.  There are so many "mommy blogs" out there, but sadly few of them pay any attention at all to fiction.  Any ideas?  I remember when I was a new mom that I wanted to read anything about that experience, so my hope is to reach those people--although I'd also love to attract other readers as well (and several men have read it and enjoyed it). Another question: are moms more likely to read paperbacks than ebooks? I look forward to your advice.
