I went to the store today and bought a beer with lime

I don’t drink alcohol unless my throat swells

Then a vanilla whiskey will open me up just fine

But today I was in the clear of all common ails

I just needed a new destination for awhile

The place where boozers go to unwind

I could listen to music or walk a mile

But the bottle of brew suits me just fine

The lime is the perfect touch
