Dear Friends, Readers, Countrymen and Women, Today, after a long journey, my book Made for You and Me: Going West, Going Broke, Finding Home is officially published. So many of you have been with me since the beginning. The kindness and love that came our way, well, I can't tell you how much it meant to our family. When we felt defeated, you gave us hope for America. Because you are the heart of this country--and we're all in this together. I raise this book in thanks to each and every one of you. Tomorrow I hit the road on book tour, and if you live in Maine, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire or Florida, I hope I’ll get to see you.
