Deborah Swift has just signed a two-book deal with Pan Macmillan. Her debut novel, The Lady's Slipper is set to be released in the U.S. by St. Martin's Press in November. Her second hisotrical novel, The Gilded Lily will be published in 2011. The Still Life of Hannah Morgan by Lora Deeprose will be published this month by Marion Margaret Press. The Alaska Quarterly Review has accepted one of Sandra Gail Lambert's personal essays for publication.
