Does anyone have any publicity ideas or tips for pitching The Magic of Memoir (out in November) to bookstores and/or local events? Specifically, a publicist asked how I would get the target audience in the store for a reading. I'm thinking local writer's groups, book clubs and libraries for readers of memoir, maybe advertising in retiree communities and events (high population of retirees in Florida, which I think is a population especially interested in memoir), local college or high school writing classes. Any ideas? Thanks!
