I shall stop writing these verses

No longer shall I keep

poems in corners of my cupboard...

Why should I express

my emotions in a verse

Why can’t I speak "in plain language?"

Today, I strike a deal with myself

to batter my soul which speaks poetry,

and learn the language of men.
