Women have a unique way with words and it’s no surprise that some of the best writers have been female. In this article, we are going to look at seven of the most inspiring female writer in the world. These awesome female writers are influential because they’ve been able to move us through their ideas and words. Together, these women captivate us with the way they deliver suspense and drama in their writing. They also give us different insights on cultures and issues in society which we didn’t even know about.

The first on this list is the incredible J. K. Rowling. With millions of copies sold, she is arguably the best female author living today. Her books have gone on to make fantastic films with combined ticket sales of over $5billion and several Academy Awards.

She has captured our imaginations and hearts through the Wizard stories of Harry Potter. Interestingly, she says that the idea came to her as she was waiting for a delayed train while traveling from Manchester to London. Also, 22 of her books have ended up being television adaptations. So, if you’re looking for a book to read with a loved one, Daniel Steel should be the only name on your mind!

The story of Maya Angelou is not only motivating but also inspiring. Before she started writing, she did almost everything there was to do. She was a pimp, prostitute, dancer, performer and streetcar driver. In the end, she used these experiences to make intriguing autobiographies which would kick-start her writing career.

She stayed in Ghana where she practiced journalism and played an essential part in the American Civil Right Movement.
