I sometimes wonder on the need to have a womens only workspaces with the rising men occupied spaces all over, but can't we focus on making the existing workplaces more inclusive and comfortable? I ended up asking myself the changes to the existing practices and policies that could bring in inclusivity and safety for women. This would boost female empowerment at the least and make people and places friendly too as the female entrepreneurs are coming up in the limelight. There women co-workspaces have been coming up mostly in US and UK lately and this has given a new work-life balance for women.

Talking about my personal experience i write about career choices and development and resume building for professionals to grow and have a niche at their career choices, wherein my efforts are usually in researching the way people think while making a career choice and then writing about it and i find it more comfortable to work at home or at a cafe or while visiting a new place, basically the places that make me feel safe and comfortable to work. Therefore, i also feel the need to have co-working spaces for women that can encourage more women towards the working culture as per their safety and convenience.
