Reaping the endless benefits of exercising with others is a winning formula!

If you've ever started a workout routine and lost momentum, you are not alone. It's all too easy to let our excuses and procrastination take over, and to give ourselves a thousand reasons of why we can "just workout tomorrow." Without accountability to ourselves and others, it's very challenging to develop new habits and maintain them forward, especially when you're working on a project that's consuming your time and focus.

Finding a feeling and sense of community is what many are seeking, as we've lost that over the last few decades with the increased time of writing and staring at screens, working longer hours and the evolution of housing design. Though it's not something we cannot take charge of and change, in fact, it's all within our lifestyle and overall health benefits to spend time doing something beneficial and healthy with others. If you are frequently visiting friends all over and want access to a group exercise class in several locations, look into joining a fitness studio franchise so you never miss a session and keep your new routine going!

Something to Look Forward To Outside of Your Home

Having events and activities that you look forward to is a key element of human happiness, as it is engagingly optimistic. Doing these activites and sharing the experiences with others compounds that excitement, anticipation and happiness. Moving your body and working up a sweat is rewarding in so many ways, including releasing toxins from our bodies we aquire through sitting and eating in our daily lives, and producing endorphines which is known as the "happy hormone!" Increased endorphines also means reduced stress and pain, so it's a win-win-win all around!

It's Scheduled Ahead For You

When you are working out regularly with others, it's already planned for you, so there's no real decision to be made. You simply show up to the class at the scheduled time and do what the highly skilled and motivating instructors have planned for that class! Very often, when you're working out with others, plans are made ahead of time so you know what to do and when to do it, and the expected results for each class, week, month, year if you participate regularly. Unlike many other factors in our busy lives, this is something that's simple and straight forward!

You Continue What You Start With Others

It's been researched often, and the overwhelming success of continuing and finishing what is started with the comraderie and companionship of others, when compared to going it alone, is a 95% success rate. Humans are tribal and communal by nature, so it's only natural we'd be more successful in our working and writing lives, and exercise regimes with others, too! Whether you're starting out fresh at the beginner level, or looking to change your workout routine to something new and fresh, a group of supportive, fitness-friendly friends might be just what you need to get your creative jucies flowing!
