Using Kickstarter to Fund a Fiction Project
Posted by

I have been doing a SERIES OF POSTS on my website about Kickstarter and Crowdfunding, and have learned some amazing stuff over the last month or so.

Then, to really feel the rubber meet the road, I decided to run a KICKSTARTER PROJECT to fund the publication of my YA novel Ghost Hand.

I'm on day five of the project and have already reached 32% of my funding goal.

Anyone thinking of going the Self=pub or Indie Pub route should really check out the concept and potential of crowdfunding.

Feel free to drop me a comment, e-mail, or PM if you'd like to hear more about my experience or pick my brains.

And of course, if you want to try backing someone (always recommended as the first step in exploring the Crowdfunding option), I'd be thrilled if you stopped by GHOST HAND and tried it out. Backing is super easy and you can pledge as little as a dollar.

I hope to see you there.
