Hi, I just launched a blog on wordpress http://alifeinartstellaadler.wordpress.com/ and I want to connect with my followers, and even know who they are so I don't request them to follow me after they already have.  So far I've been getting emails that say "someone is following you" and it leaves an email address, but not a name.  Is there a way (other than email each person) of finding out who's following you?

If not, how do all of you seasoned bloggers keep in touch with your followers?
